What happens if I need more judges than my tier allows?
The system enforces judge limits at event creation. If you need more, upgrade to the next tier before the show. You pay only the difference between tiers.
Can one license be reused for multiple shows?
No. Each license is bound to a single event. Once that event is marked complete, the license is consumed and the event locks — so one license can never cover two shows.

Can I try before buying?
Yes. Create an account and set up an event with full access to the admin panel, judge setup, and competitor registration. A license is only required to unlock live scoring and results publication.

What if the show is cancelled?
If the event is cancelled before any scores are submitted, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Do judges or athletes need to pay?
No. The show license covers all judges and unlimited audience viewers. Judges log in with a PIN code — no account or payment required.
What does 'event locked after close' mean for admins?
When an event is marked complete, scoring and edits are disabled for all roles. Admin accounts can reopen an event using an override — this is logged and requires an active admin session. This prevents a single license from being reused season after season.
